The aroma reminds us of earthy or sandy fruits such as mamey, chicozapote or papaya. Flavor with notes of sandy fruits at beginning, then it has a small sweetness, transits through herbaceous notes with pleasant bitterness and a pronounced earthy finish with a floral outline.
Fresh and balsamic aromas, in the mouth a light flavor of caramel, liquorice and moist earth, with slight acidity on the palate. Sweet and balanced finish.
Slight aroma of vanilla and lime, muddy and butter texture with floral and sweet tones. Dry and spicy finish.
