The first olfactory impression is dominated by very strong aromas of cooked agave, pepper, and fresh herbs. Subsequent aromas of cardamom, walnut, coffee, honey, and butter emerge, without losing the dry earth and mineral characteristics of the Jalisco Valleys.
The first sip is characterized by a refreshing and exuberant touch with aromas of mint and fresh herbs, with a pleasant combination of bitterness and sweetness that envelops the palate, leaving a lingering flavor of cooked agave. Subsequent sips reveal flavors of honey and natural fruits, leaving a sweet and rich finish.
