Siembra Valles Ancestral Blanco Tequila is made with the most ancient, painstaking methods common to early distillers, and is more akin to traditional mezcal than present-day tequila.
Siembra’s founder, David Suro Piñera, pays tribute to his own ancestry with the Siembra Valles Ancestral label, which proudly features the Piñera family coat of arms in red.
On the nose, Siembra Valles Ancestral Tequila reveals earthy, floral aromas with vibrant notes of fresh agave, citrus, and a touch of minerality. The scent is inviting and rich, with the complexity of its ancestral production method evident in every whiff. On the palate, the tequila is smooth and full-bodied, with layers of agave, citrus peel, and a slight peppery heat that intensifies with each sip. The tequila also has hints of earthy and herbal undertones, bringing balance and complexity to the experience. The finish is long and clean, leaving behind a subtle smokiness and warm spice that lingers.
