Dixeebe Mezcal is a project from Asis Cortes and his father, Valentin Cortes. Their family has been producing mezcal in the Santiago Matatlán region of Oaxaca for at least 180 years.
According to the Asis, Dixeebe is a ceremony of honor of respect and love, the purest thanks to culture, their tradition and their ancestors, a great veneration of liquid, a gift from the gods to men, and an offering from men to the gods.
They decided to launch Dixeebe in 375ml bottles to make premium mezcal more accessible.
Dixeebe Espadin 35 cl.
This fifth special edition of Dixeebe Espadín mezcal, produced by Valentín Cortés in Oaxaca, offers a bouquet reminiscent of vanilla cake with citrus and smoky notes.
Dixeebe Barril 35 cl.
Dixeebe Barril First Edition is a mezcal made with Karwinskii agave. On the nose, it offers aromas of citrus, smoky notes, fresh herbs, and nuts such as walnuts. On the palate, it reveals flavors of roasted pineapple, white pepper, and dark chocolate, with a dry and persistent finish.

Dixeebe Arroqueño First Edition Mezcal is characterized by its crystalline and brilliant appearance, with aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, spices such as pepper, and a hint of damp earth.

This fourth special edition of Dixeebe Tobalá mezcal features a delicate floral aroma with hints of papaya, while the palate is earthy and mineral with herbal nuances and a light touch of black pepper.
