Paranubes rum is produced from the wild fermentation of fresh pressed sugar cane juice. Paranubes is a pure cane juice rum, obtained mainly from the Criolla variety, with small percentages of Caña Dulce, Caña Morada / Negra, Caña Dura and Caña Amarilla / Criolla.
The cane is harvested annually and grown organically without pesticides or fertilizers in the rich soil on the farm of master distiller Jose Luis Carrera. The rum is distilled slowly, to maintain a smooth and balanced taste, without additives. The rum is bottled to the degree of alembic, does not undergo dilutions and is created by Jose Luis with the same passion and tradition that his father and grandfather have taught him over the years.

The aroma reminds us of earthy or sandy fruits such as mamey, chicozapote or papaya. Flavor with notes of sandy fruits at beginning, then it has a small sweetness, transits through herbaceous notes with pleasant bitterness and a pronounced earthy finish with a floral outline.
Light and balanced smoke. Notes of passion fruit, pineapple and citrus. Bold in the mouth and balanced aftertaste. Fresh, green hints of agave, with sweet cooked flavors.
