The famous quality of Mezcal Mineros comes from its distillation in clay pots, a tremendously laborious technique, which produces the most aromatic and full-bodied spirits. Another peculiarity is the use of different wild agaves, distilled individually or composed in the must.

Type of Agave: Angustifolia Haw (Espadin)

Range: Distilled with Creole chicken "Gallina Criolla", citrus, fruits and seeds.
