This Pechuga Mezcal is made with Cupreata agave in Guerrero. A fully distilled mezcal that undergoes a third distillation, during which fruit and spices are added. A turkey breast is suspended in the still, over which the mezcal vapors pass.
This mezcal is distinguished by the fact that it is made with Cupreata agave (usually Agave angustifolia from Oaxaca), infused with local fruits found only in Guerrero, and has a slightly lower alcohol content than other Pechuga Mezcals.
